How do we quote and work?
Every job begins with a look at the roof, not a guess over the phone. After that, you receive a written quote that lists the work, the materials and what could change the scope, such as rotted decking found after tear-off.
We do not post fixed prices, because roofs differ in size, pitch, material and condition. We would rather show you how a number was built. Ask questions, compare quotes line by line, and take the time you need. Where a neighborhood requires design review approval, we suggest you start that process early so it does not hold up the schedule.
